Returns
If you're not satisfied with your full price shoe or bag purchase, you may return it within 7 days of purchase for refund or store credit. Gift purchases may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.
Returned items must be unworn, tags on, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
Sale Items & Special Orders
All sale items, special orders and promo code purchases are final sale. All jewelry, glasses, accessories, and gift purchases are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be made.
Courtney's Shoes reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these criteria.
